They like me. They really like me!

So

I now have 2 job offers.

Dell

and Cingular.

And I'm torn.

So, I need your help. I'm not saying I'll take the job based on your advice. Just that want to hear what you think. Plus, I like it when people talk about me.

So, Dell. Big company. 22,000 base plus an expected 5k in comission annually. And that means sales. But with sales I could make a lot more. Its a farther commute. But their benefits are better (including assistance for people looking to adopt).

Cingular. Big company. Not AS big but big. 23,5 base. No extras. I don't have to drive to Round Rock. Normal benifits. NOT SALES. FAR less stress. seems more relaxed.

Hours I'd work would be about the same.

So is how much money before stress is not a factor?

What do ya'll think?
