I got a joke for ya'll.

so, a girl finds out her homeowners association has not paid the water bill in over a year......

After much sleuthing, I found out that since several of my neighbors had not paid HOA fees in, like, a billion years, they turned off water in units (My townhouse is sorta set up like a duplex where there are 2 homes per unit) where HOA fees had not been paid.

So that means my neighbor has not paid HOA

which means I got screwed.

I talked to one of the neighbors who, apparently, has some sort of connection with the HOA who told me who to call and let them know what was going on and blah blah blah.

Called. Voice Mail. At least voice mail was more than I was able to get before.

But, fuck, ya'll. I mean, they hadn't paid since before I even PURCHASED my place.
